FAQ
Q. Are there any prohibited items or activities in the venue?
A. Yes. As a principle, the following items or acts are prohibited for visitors entering the venue. If any of these items are violated, admission may be denied. Please note that you may be asked to leave the venue if any of the following items are found in the venue.
(1) Firearms and knives
(2) Scissors, ice picks and other sharp objects, razors, cutters and other blades or items that could be used as deadly weapons
(3) Poisons, drugs, or other harmful substances
(4) Acts or items that display or suggest political, ideological or religious principles or claims, content contrary to public order or morality, or discriminatory advertising materials or ideas, or that could be used for demonstrations, or that may interfere with the operation of the tournament (billboards, flags, banners, hanging banners, placards, stickers, mask, clothes, numbers, documents, drawings, printed matter, trademarks, etc.)
(5) Items that aim to excessively reserve seats
(6) Large baggage that exceeds the size of its own seating area
(7) Items or acts that are dangerous or disruptive to the progress of the event or the management and operation of the facility
Q. Is there a baggage check?
A. Yes, but please be aware that it may take some time to enter the venue, so please arrive at the venue early.
Q. Is there a place to leave a baby stroller?
A. No.
Q. Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A. Yes. There is also a store in the venue, where you can purchase food and beverage. However, please note that eating and drinking are prohibited in the Special, Court-Side, Court-End and Arena seats.
Q. Can I re-enter to the venue?
A. Yes. Please note that upon re-entry, you will be asked to re-present your ticket.
Q. If I lose my ticket, can it be reissued?
A. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, stolen or damaged). Please note that if you do not have your admission ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter the venue, even if you can prove that you purchased the ticket.
Q. Can I get a refund for my ticket?
A. If the event is cancelled at the discretion of the organizer, the purchased ticket will be refunded
In the case of customer convenience, no refunds will be made for any reason.
Please note that refunds will be made only for the price of the ticket, excluding various fees.
Resale of tickets is prohibited and the organizers will not be held responsible for any problems related to this.
