Yuki Kawamura has entered into a partnership agreement with Shiseido Company, Limited, as an athlete ambassador for SHISEIDO MEN, the prestige men’s series of “SHISEIDO” available in 90 countries and regions worldwide.
From Monday, January 20, promotions including advertisements, in-store tools, and campaigns featuring Yuki Kawamura will be launched.
■Interview with Yuki Kawamura
—How do you feel about being appointed as an athlete ambassador for SHISEIDO MEN?
I am truly very happy. I have always been very interested in skincare, and I am extremely pleased to be involved as an athlete ambassador for SHISEIDO MEN this time. Also, to convey the appeal of SHISEIDO MEN and the importance of men’s skincare to more people, I want to sincerely engage in each activity personally and enjoy taking them on.
—How was today’s photo shoot?
Since it was a shoot in a different environment from the usual basketball atmosphere, I was nervous, but with the support of many people, I was able to enjoy the shoot.
—What are your aspirations for 2025?
My goal is to secure a full contract in the U.S. professional basketball league.
Currently on a Two-Way contract, but in 2025 I aim to secure a full contract and gain more playtime so I can show everyone my active presence. I will continue to face myself honestly every day and keep making efforts.
